Spin to Win: Contest Winners

The draw for the emergence of the winners was held on Monday 20/01/2025 at 12:00 p.m. at the organizer's offices through an electronic platform for the production of random codes, ensuring the integrity of the process and seventy-five (75) winners and seventy-five (75) runners-up were announced.

The winners' cards per prize category are listed below.

• Twenty-five (25) winners, who will win Shell Gift Cards for purchases from selected "Shell" branded petrol stations, with a total value of two thousand euros (€2,000) each.

• Twenty-five (25) winners, who win from one (1) six-month Motor (car or two-wheeler) insurance policy from Αnytime by Interamerican.

• Twenty-five (25) winners, who each win three hundred thousand (300,000) yellows from Piraeus Bank.

• Seventy-five (75) runners-up with cards:

Program members can view the cards of the winners and runners-up as well as information about the Competition in the "Competitions" section of the Shell GO+ app.

Each gift is personal, cannot be transferred, nor can it be requested to be replaced with others or to be redeemed in cash at any price.

The seventy-five (75) winners of the above prizes are invited to confirm the acceptance of their prize within the exclusive deadline of three (3) calendar days from the day they will receive information. In case they do not accept, they automatically and definitively lose their right to do so and the Organizer is exempt from any relevant liability. The Organizer will contact the next runner-up winner. In case the Prize is not awarded to the last runner-up, the use of the Prize will be cancelled.

The twenty-five (25) winners of the Shell Gift Cards worth two thousand euros (€2,000) each, must confirm the receipt of their Gift in order for the Organizer to proceed with the activation of the respective Shell Gift Cards, which will then be able to be used at selected Shell service stations, as mentioned in the link https://www.Shell.gr/giftcard/, within 12 months from the date of their activation.

The twenty-five (25) winners of the six-month Motor Insurance Policies (car or two-wheeler) from Anytime by Interamerican, must consent to the sending of their personal contact details to Interamerican in order to be able to receive their prize. The gift of the Promotion is the training in the name of the winner of an insurance contract in the "anytime basic" and "anytime value" programs for the EIX, FIC and FIC agricultural uses, as well as for the "anytime basic" program for the use of two-wheelers, with a duration of six months. A total of twenty-five (25) insurance policies will be drawn, the validity of which will be determined after the acceptance of the insurance application by Anytime. In the event that, for reasons related to the terms of risk-taking, the insurance cannot be taken out by the winner, then it will be taken out with another member of his family, who may be related to him up to the first degree. For the winner, Anytime will pay the arrears of the above-mentioned insurance program for a period of six months (6 months). In the event that the winner wishes to maintain the validity of his/her coverage with the above insurance program and beyond, the premiums must be paid by him/herself. In no case does the gift refer to the renewal of a valid contract, but a new insurance contract. Upon the announcement of the winner, an employee of Anytime will contact him to inform him about the procedures to be followed to draw up the insurance contract in his name.

The twenty-five (25) winners, who will each win three hundred thousand (300,000) yellows from Piraeus Bank, if they accept their prize, must contact the Organizer by email their personal Yellow Code, which they received when registering for the Piraeus Bank Loyalty Program. find the instructions on how to register for the Piraeus Bank Loyalty Program and then notify the Organizer of their personal Yellow code that they will receive during registration.

The winners assume sole responsibility and timely planning for arranging the details of the use of their prize.

The prizes will be sent to the winners within 1 month of the draw.

The seventy-five (75) winners of the prizes or the runners-up will be notified by phone, in order to be informed about the process of receiving the prizes and to accept the terms of participation in the Competition.

Any of the winners, at any stage, will be cancelled for the following reasons:

(a) In the event that, for any reason, you do not fully accept these Terms or do not meet the requirements of any of the Terms, all of which are considered material.

(b) In the event that for any reason it is not possible to contact the winner within 3 calendar days.

(c) In the event that the winner does not accept his/her Prize or in the event that for any reason he/she fails to receive or show up late in accordance with the provisions of these terms.

(d) In case for any reason there is an objective impossibility to deliver the Prize to the winner, for reasons related to the winner.

All Participants in the Contest expressly accept, fully and without any reservation these Terms. If any interested party does not accept these terms, they cannot participate in the Competition. In addition, all Participants expressly and unconditionally acknowledge, declare and accept that:

(a) are adults equal to or over eighteen (18) years of age,

(b) their personality, health and/or physical integrity is not affected or harmed in any way by their participation in the Competition;

(c) by participating in the Competition, they do not infringe personal data, personality rights or intellectual or industrial property rights, trade secrets or other proprietary rights of any third party;

(d) expressly consent to the Organizer using their personal data in the context and for the purposes of the Competition;

(e) provide without consideration their consent and authorization to the Organizer for the promotion of the Competition, its results, including the announcement of the names on the internet [indicative and non-restrictive website of the Organizer and/or on social media (indicative and non-restrictive Facebook, etc.)]

(f) Waiver any judicial or extrajudicial action against the Organizer in the event that the latter deems that a Participant should be deleted from the Competition for the reasons stated in these terms of participation.
