Shell GO+ Terms and Conditions
Shell GO+ is the loyalty program that rewards purchases from Shell petrol stations.
1. Shell GO+ is a loyalty program of CORAL S.A. that rewards your purchases from Shell branded petrol stations, of which CORAL S.A. is a beneficiary in Greece.
2. The registered member of the Shell GO+ program can use the Shell GO+ app or card to collect points for each liter of fuel purchased and for purchases of products and services from Shell petrol stations. The points collected can be used ("redeemed") by selecting either cheques or the products presented in the Shell GO+ gift catalogue or in the e-shop www.allSmart.gr , the Company's website "CORE INNOVATIONS SINGLE-MEMBER SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME".
3. Upon the successful completion of the registration process in the Shell GO+ app or the completion of the Shell GO+ application and its delivery to the petrol station, the customer will immediately receive his intangible or physical Shell GO+ card respectively. The holder will be able to immediately use his card only to collect points. From the moment the electronic registration of the holder's personal information, as they have been filled in by the holder and displayed in the Shell GO+ app or in the Shell GO+ application, he will be able to redeem his points from now on. The cardholder, as soon as he/she receives his/her card, is not entitled to assign or transfer its use to another. He is obliged to keep it in a safe place and to keep it in good condition. The Owner must immediately notify CORAL S.A. in writing of any change in the contact details provided, otherwise CORAL S.A. will not be liable in case of loss of correspondence and/or interruption of communication. The registration, collection and processing of the holder's personal information is carried out only for the purposes of the Shell GO+ loyalty program and always in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the provisions of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.
4. The holder is entitled to collect points using the card, when purchasing fuel and other products and services participating in the Program, at all petrol stations and/or businesses that accept the Shell GO+ card in Cyprus and Greece. The holder can redeem points either in Greece or Cyprus, to acquire and receive products and services from the gift catalog of the country in which the redemption takes place.
5. The holder has the right to make up to three (3) transactions per day and up to eight (8) transactions every 7 days, using his card. In case of more transactions, the extra points you will earn will be automatically cancelled. CORAL reserves the right to change the limits of transactions at its sole discretion and to disclose them by any appropriate means and means.
6. The acquisition of points will be recorded electronically by the petrol station's systems that support the operation of the Shell GO+ program. CORAL S.A. reserves the discretion to change the system of matching points per product and/or to add/remove products or services participating in the points subsidy program through the petrol stations of CORAL S.A. or other cooperating companies. The points that the card user is entitled to after each transaction (which is made by showing the intangible or physical card) will be credited at the same time for the service stations that have an online connection to the electronic system of the Shell GO+ Program, while for the rest of the service stations, the points will be recorded on the next day of the transaction. The total number of points corresponding to each customer will be available immediately after completing their registration. When the customer redeems the points corresponding to a gift, then the points corresponding to the specific gift are deducted from his card.
7. In case the points have been obtained in a way that is not in accordance with the above procedure, CORAL S.A. reserves the right to cancel them without notice.
8. The cardholder must check, after each transaction, the accuracy and correctness of the details of the receipt for the purchase of products or services and the corresponding proof of points received from the service station owner or the relevant data displayed for transactions using the card through the Shell GO+ app. CORAL S.A. has no obligation or liability for contractual or non-contractual compensation to the holder for any default or inaccurate fulfillment of the obligations of the businesses or stores participating in the Program.
9. The cardholder must immediately inform the Shell GO+ Card Member Service in writing in the event that the card is stolen, demagnetized, damaged or lost or in the event of illegal or irregular use, being liable (the cardholder) for any damage that may have occurred until the cardholder's notification. In case of issuance of a new card, in any of the above cases, upon the relevant request of the holder to the Shell GO+ Member Service, the points that the holder has accumulated up to that moment in the cancelled card, will be transferred to his new card, provided that the cancelled card was registered with the cardholder's details and it is possible to carry out the relevant identification.
10. The holder can contact CORAL S.A. by phone through the Member Service and call the special service/points update number that operates 24 hours a day. CORAL S.A. reserves the right to inform the holder by other means of the total points that correspond to him.
11. Catalogue time: The gifts to which the holder will be entitled will be communicated to him through a special catalogue, which will be available at petrol stations and in the Shell GO+ app. CORAL will be entitled to update the gift list at any time.
12. The prizes in the list are acquired only by completing the number of points predetermined by CORAL S.A. and announced in the current gift list. The procedures for the delivery of gifts are defined each time by CORAL S.A. and are communicated to the customer through the current gift list. In case of delivery of a gift through an order at the petrol station, the customer must follow the receipt time limits set by the Special Redemption Coupon issued by the petrol station's POS. In order to receive the gift, the customer must show any necessary personal identification information requested by the service station owner. These details can be a Police ID Card or a Driving License.
13. To receive the gift, the holder must bring and present the Special Redemption Coupon at the petrol station, which will be issued by the petrol station at the time of redemption of points. In the event that a Beneficiary visits a petrol station to collect his gift, but does not display the special redemption coupon, then he will not be able to collect his gift at that time. In case of loss of the redemption coupon, the Holder must call the Shell GO+ membership service. Gifts that are in good condition and according to their description in the special gift list and provided that they are those ordered by the holder, can in no case be returned retrospectively or not accepted by him. In case a gift received from the petrol station is not in good condition, the beneficiary will be able to refuse to receive it only upon receipt from the petrol station, by filling in and signing a special return form that will be available at the petrol station, in which case he will be entitled to the refund of the points of the specific redemption. Within fifteen (15) days, the points will be returned to their card. Gifts selected when redeeming points cannot be exchanged for others after redemption. The holder cannot "buy" points using cash or any other means of trading. In the event that any of the gifts mentioned in the gift list are not available from the cooperating supplier at the time of redemption, then CORAL S.A. will not bear any liability towards the holder.
14. Members have the opportunity to use the points they have accumulated and/or earn additional points by selecting products from the e-shop allSmart.gr based on the relevant terms governing the said website.
15. CORAL S.A. is entitled to unilaterally terminate this agreement and cancel the card if the cardholder violates any of the terms hereof, all of which are agreed to be substantial, or if there is another important reason. In any case of termination and cancellation of the card, the cardholder is obliged to immediately stop using it and return it to CORAL S.A.
16. The cardholder is responsible for keeping the card in good condition and for the proper use of the Shell GO+ app.
17. The holder of the card can be anyone who has reached the age of 18 and has full legal capacity.
18. CORAL S.A. may, at its sole discretion, proceed to a temporary suspension or definitive discontinuation of the program or to unilaterally modify the present without prior notification to the holders. The terms in force from time to time are posted on shell.gr website. shell.gr.
19. CORAL S.A. reserves the right to cancel Shell GO+ cards that are inactive for a period of time beyond the year, as well as to delete the points corresponding to them. CORAL S.A. reserves the right to delete points corresponding to Shell GO+ cards that have not been redeemed in the last 36 months.
20. The cardholder will not be entitled to redeem points for the acquisition of the gifts for as long as he/she maintains overdue and payable debts to CORAL S.A.
21. CORAL S.A. reserves the right, at its sole discretion and discretion, to carry out promotions, contests and sweepstakes at any time, under the terms and conditions provided from time to time, which will be made public by any appropriate means and manner and the granting of the respective privileges (coupons, discounts, etc.), gifts, or additional Shell GO+ points. Participation in any such promotion will be done automatically by using the Shell GO+ card. Any holder who does not wish to participate in any such promotion for any reason, may declare it by phone at 210 9476566, throughout the duration and up to and including its expiration date. CORAL S.A. will post the card numbers whose winners were declared winners on social media and on shell.gr website.
22. The terms and conditions hereof are governed by the provisions of Greek law. The courts of Athens are responsible for resolving any dispute.
