How do I find out my Shell GO+ points I've earned?

Download the Shell GO+ app, connect your card and see your points instantly or call +30 2109476566 (dial 1 and again 1).

Do my points expire, and if so, when?

Coral S.A. reserves the right to cancel cards that have been inactive for more than 1 year and to delete the points corresponding to them. It also reserves the right to delete points on cards that have not made a redemption in the last 36 months. See more in the terms of the program.

How do I earn more points?

Earn up to x4 points per liter with Shell V-Power fuel, extra points for purchases of products or services from petrol station stores and multiply the points you earn, through exclusive partnerships and offers of the program.

How do I declare or change my details?

Your details are entered when you log in to the Shell GO+ app. You can change them through the "My Account" tab in the app's menu, by selecting the "pencil" icon or by contacting member service (+302109476566 or via the form

).

How do I change the card I have linked to the app?

From the "My Account" section from the app menu, select "Disconnect Card" via the icon at the top right. Then you can connect another card.

Can I have more than one card in the app?

 

No. However, you can contact the member service (+302109476566 or through the form

) and request that more than one card be linked to your account to update the same points balance.

Can I have the same card on two mobile devices?

Yes, if you use the same phone number when logging in to the app.

How do I transfer my points to another member?

In order to ensure the integrity of the request, you will need to send your request through the contact form

, attaching a photocopy of the ID, stating the number of the card where the points will be transferred and specifying whether you want their total or partial transfer.

What can I do with my points?

Visit the nearest Shell petrol station, redeem points and instantly get the gift you want or enter the allsmart.gr and see how your points become gifts or discounts.

When are points awarded for heating oil purchases?

Points are awarded within 5 working days from the date of delivery of the heating oil. For more information, contact the central heating office 18330. For the prefecture of Attica, +30210 2852071 also applies.

When are points awarded from offers with partner companies?

Points using the code DEALS FOR YOU are awarded on the next business day, provided that the Shell GO+ card has been correctly declared when redeeming the code at the petrol station.

Points from the Αnytime x2 offer or the cooperation with nrg are awarded within the next month.

How do I find the nearest Shell GO+ service station?

Enter the Shell GO+ app, select the "Petrol Stations" tab, select the one you are looking for from the filters and navigate to the nearest petrol station.

How can I be informed about news or offers?

1. Log in to the Shell GO+ app, state in the "My Account" section that you want to receive news and updates from us

2. Make sure push updates are active on your device

3. See the offers and messages in the respective sections of the app menu

4. Follow us on Social Media @shellstations.gr.

How do I upgrade my GO+ card to Shell V-Power?

With purchases of 200 liters of Shell V-Power fuel per calendar quarter, your card is automatically upgraded to the app and you can earn up to 600 additional points per quarter.

How do I find the new Shell GO+ reward features?

Log in to the Shell GO+ app, select the "Rewards" tab and discover more ways to win, through games, contests and unique promotions.

How many trades can I make per day?

You can make up to three (3) transactions per day and up to eight (8) transactions per 7 days, to collect points, using your Shell GO+ card at Shell petrol stations.

Where can I find the coupons I have earned?

Log in to the Shell GO+ app, select the "My Coupons" section from the menu and see all the active coupons and their terms of use. To redeem it, show the voucher barcode at a Shell petrol station or the partner company.

How can I share my opinion and win?

Log in to the Shell GO+ app, select the "My Opinion" section from the menu and select the transaction you want to evaluate from the history. Share your experience with us and earn 50 points for up to 2 completed questionnaires per month.

Can I earn points in another country?

Shell GO+ cards issued in Greece are also accepted at selected Shell petrol stations in Cyprus. Accordingly, Shell GO+ cards issued in Cyprus are also accepted in Greece.
